- In the wake of the Royal Commission into aged care, Simplot identified a growing gap in nutrition and dietary knowledge held by kitchens in the sector. This project was designed to help aged care facilities plan, prepare and provide high quality meals for seniors. Named using the acronym HACKS (Helping Aged Care Kitchens Succeed), the project comprises an informative fan deck and a series of "how-to" videos that showcase clever kitchen hacks. Underlining the depth of detail contained within the fan deck and videos is the fact this project was 18 months in the realisation from brief to completion.
